Connect18 video tours are both physical and educational, allowing you to exercise while you learn about and explore your world.  Travel the roads and explore the wines of California’s Central Coast with this revolutionary multimedia fitness and learning program. The California Wine Tour is divided into six 45-minute classes, each focusing on a particular grape varietal.  Each class includes warm-up and cooldown segments, four coached high-intensity intervals, three winery visits, and six interactive quizzes.
